Ingredients With these quantities we will have for 1 smoothie:

100 gr of blueberries
1 orange
½ banana
½ lime




Preparation

First we have to wash the blueberries well and drain them.Next, peel the banana and then chop it.

Peel the orange and the lime and break it apart.

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

125 ml of milk
2 oranges
1 banana
